Lasagna made by hand in small batches, frozen at its peak, and dropped to your door on the weekend. Beef and pork ragù, proper béchamel, nothing rushed.
Two Sizes
Same recipe, same slow-cooked ragù, same hand layering. The only question is how many mouths you're feeding.
Delivery $10 across the zone — free on orders over $100.
Simple On Purpose
Small batches on purpose, so each week is limited.
Made by hand in a commercial kitchen in Sydney's east.
Blast chilled the same day it's made. That's how it keeps its soul.
We'll message you to lock in a time that actually suits you.
The proof is in the ragù.
Order The LasagnaThe Hero
Slow-cooked beef and pork ragù. Proper béchamel, made from scratch. Pasta sheets, real parmesan, hand layered and baked until it's right. Then frozen at its peak so it tastes like it just came out of the oven — because near enough, it did.

Lasagna first, because it's what everyone asks for. The rest of the Italian repertoire follows as the kitchen grows — join the waitlist and you'll hear about each one before anyone else.
Everything else is downstream of getting this one right.

"If I wouldn't put it on my own table, it doesn't go in the freezer."
I'm Sal. I'm not a chef — I'm someone who's chased Italian food his whole life and finally decided to do something about it.
The dream is a proper Italian food company. But the way to get there isn't a big launch, it's a good lasagna, made for the people around me. So that's where this starts: one dish, done properly, for my own community in the Eastern Suburbs. Get that right and the rest can follow.
Lasagna because it's what people actually love. It's the thing that turns a Tuesday into an occasion, gets everyone at the table at the same time, and gives you the best kind of leftovers. It's the dish I keep getting asked to make.
Everything's made by hand in small batches in a commercial kitchen in Sydney's east, then frozen at its peak so you can have that meal on a night you had nothing left in you. Good Italian food, good times around the table — that's the whole idea.
The proof is in the ragù.
